East Shore Beach

Sand Harbor
Situated at the Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park , it has picnic facilities, restrooms, a huge sand beach and boulders for climbing. Parking is $6 per car, and boat launching (at a separate entrance) and anchoring in the harbor is for $6.

North Shore Beaches

Burnt Cedar Beach
This beach is exclusive only for Incline residents, temporary renters or homeowner's association members. It has a swimming pool and kiddy pool, barbecue and lawn areas, kids climbing structures, slides and swings. (775) 832-1100

The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe
This is a private area only for hotel guests. It offers boat services, jet ski and other rentals that are accessible from Ski Beach and the Hyatt's Beach. (775) 832-1234

Speedboat Beach
Situated at the bottom of Speedboat Avenue, just past the Cal-Neva on the California side, Speedboat Beach has a small sandy beach, very limited parking.

Ski Beach
This beach is exclusive only for Incline residents, temporary renters or homeowner's association members. It has boat ramps, barbecue areas, kids climbing structures, slides, swings and volleyball courts.

Kings Beach State Beach and Pier
Located on Highway 28 in Kings Beach. It has a large, free sand beach with paid state parking ($5). Boat, jet ski and other rentals are also available as well as barbecue areas, kids park, and public restrooms.

Secline Beach
Situated at the end of Secline St. in Kings Beach, just south of the junction of Highway 267. It has very limited parking, undeveloped rocky beach with access to lawn areas, picnic tables and fire pits.

North Tahoe Beach Center
Situated directly across from Safeway in Kings Beach. Some parking, grassy areas, volleyball court and picnic tables.

Agatam Beach
Situated at Highway. 28 at Agatam Rd., in Tahoe Vista, it has picnic tables and fire pits, but with very limited parking.

Moon Dune Beach
Located across Rustic Cottages Motel it has a small sandy beach with picnic tables and firepits. It also offers roadside parking.

Patton Beach
Situated at Small stony beach adjacent to Sierra Boat Co. Marina and the Kayak Cafe in Carnelian Bay, it has limited parking but with lots of picnic tables.

Carnelian Bay Beach
Situated between Garwoods and Sierra Boat Co., it offers restrooms, benches and footpaths. It has a mostly rocky beach but picnic tables are available. Dogs are not allowed.

Skylandia Beach
Located at Lake Forest Road, half a mile from east of Tahoe City, it comes with picnic tables and fire pits in a stony beach.

Lake Forest Beach
Situated at the foot of Bristlecone off Lake Forest Road, 1.5 miles east of Tahoe City. With picnic tables and fire pits.

Tahoe State Recreation Area
Located at Highway 28 on the eastern edge of Tahoe City, it is adjacent to the Boatworks Mall.

Commons Beach
Situated in the middle of Tahoe City, Commons is a large beach with a grassy area, plus kids swings, and a small parking area.

William Kent Beach
Located at the On Highway 89, 2.5 miles from south of Tahoe City, it offers camping sites, picnic tables, fire pits, and a small sandy beach.
